• The Exit Readiness Survey data that you provide will be kept indefinetly to enable us to develop benchmark trends. We will remove your data from our benchmarks on your request that you will need to make by email to rjhganz@gmail.com;
• Site analytics data may be retained for up to 2 years..

We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

Your data will only be stored in the UK.

Data security is very important to Us, and to protect your data We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through Our Site.

Steps We take to secure and protect your data include:

• Exit Readiness Survey results are stored in SurveyMonkey and DropBox.
• Site backups are managed by our internet hosting provider.
